Arundel Girls Basketball Camp
Hosted by Coach Lee Rogers Date: June 18—21 Time: 8:00 am—4:00 pm Arundel High School Gymnasium Ages: 8 yrs old - incoming 9th grader Cost: $200 Registration @ www.elitestarr.com
The camp will focus on basic basketball fundamentals. It will concentrate on shooting technique, ball handling, and other basic skills that need to be mastered to become a good player. Because repetition is key in acquiring skills, campers will participate in daily drills that will test their skills against others, the clock, and their own previous performance. There will also be a focus on individual moves by position and game play. The campers will have a chance to show what they have learned through daily tournaments, with modified rules to reinforce specific skills they learned that day.
